The 35mm deep rim is one of the newest members of our Road/Gravel lineup and the perfect partner for your next adventure. As more drop bar bikes become compatible with multiple wheels sizes, utilize these 27.5er (650B) rims with burly tires when the road gets rough.
Running larger tires brings better bump compliance, greater flat protection, and more grip. With a hooked bead and an internal width of 24mm, the 35mm can run anything from the super low pressures for gravel, right up to high pressure when the ride turns to pavement.
Asymmetric : Over the years, we’ve optimized an asymmetric profile that maintains the outright impact performance of a symmetric design but enjoys the benefits of offset spoke holes. This design significantly equalizes spoke tension between drive and non-drive spokes which results in a stronger wheel build that stays true longer.
Tubeless : All of our rims are tubeless compatible with bead seat retention. In most cases a floor pump is all that is needed to seal our rims. The bead shape is tailored to each rim width to achieve the best fit. Our hookless and clincher profiles have a smooth radius to reduce the chance of a pinch flat.
